From simple and delicate designs to complex ones to classic styles to modern ones, there's a wide variety of styles to choose from!
There are two methods for specifying colors: Method 1: If you have reference pictures or other materials, it can help us better understand your requirements. Method 2: You can choose your favorite colors from the color chart and specify the specific color code.

Delivery Time

Our painting is meticulously crafted by professionals, and the painting process takes a certain amount of time. Custom orders have longer delivery times compared to regular orders. Generally, the goods will be shipped within approximately 40 to 50 days after the design is confirmed.

We will do our utmost to deliver on time.

Price

As it is not a standard color, additional charges will apply. Essentially, the additional cost for customized colors is $300. Prices may vary depending on your desired design and colors. For example, the price for electroplating painting will be higher.

You can also place an order through a bike shop or agency. YOELEO has several agents worldwide. If you need detailed after-sales and support, we recommend purchasing from the agents. To the bike shop or agency:

Step 2: After payment, we will communicate the design with you.
Step 3: After the design is confirmed, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Step 4: Once you confirm the order, we will arrange your order.

Confirming the design

Determine the model and size based on your order.
We will ask you about your requirements and ideas for the design via email or other means. If possible, you can send us relevant reference images so that we can create a design that closely matches your ideas.
Send you the design made by our experienced and skilled designers.
If corrections or modifications are necessary, we will make adjustments until you are satisfied.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1) Can patterns, text, or logos be added?

Yes, but please note:

※ For better actual results, please provide AI files/EPS files (Adobe Illustrator standard file format) or ultra-high-definition images if possible.
※ We respect copyright. To avoid legal issues, we cannot use logos or other materials that may infringe on copyrights without the permission of the rights holder.

2) Can electroplating painting be done?

Yes, but the adhesion of electroplated paint is low, so it is easy to be peeled off.

3) Can the standard color of R11 be used in R12?

Yes, and vice versa. Also, because it is not the standard color of that model, please place an order for customized painting.

4) Difference between the design and the actual product

We will try our best to reproduce the colors and atmosphere of the design, but due to visual differences and the complexity of the manufacturing process, we are unable to present the exact same actual effect as the design, 100%. Therefore, there may be slight color differences between the actual product and the depicted image. Please be aware of this in advance.

5) Are there any limitations on the number of colors?

You can combine up to 4 colors at most. Additional charges apply for more than 4 colors.

6) Can customized products be returned/exchanged?

Unfortunately, unless there are quality defects, they cannot be returned or exchanged because customized painting products are produced according to customer requirements, and we cannot resell the products. We ask for your understanding.

7) What is the usual way of progressing in the process of communicating design ideas?

To best meet your needs, we suggest completing one design at a time before moving on to the next one. This allows us to give full attention to each design proposal and provide you with the best design.

After we submit the first design, you can make up to two revisions at most. This ensures the efficiency of the design process and promotes smooth progress. Thank you for your understanding.
