1.YOELEO make a careful test and check before every single item is shipping. In case of bad luck that you receive YOELEO items in broken or defective quality,would like a return and refund or replacement. Please contact us within 3 working days and show us as much as possible proof,photos,videos etc,.
2.Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost which cause by returns or exchange .
3.Refund will be granted after we receive the returned items in original condition.
4.New items or Repaired items will be shipped to you as soon as we receive the items for replacement.

2)Wheels or rims: 1 year (The order from 22th-4-2016,the warranty up to 2years)
Under normal riding, if there is any damage not caused by human factors, products can be replaced from us. YOELEO warrants each new YOELEO products against defects in workmanship and materials.
This warranty covers-
• The wheelset for the a period of one year from the date of sale.
• The frame(set) for the a period of two years from the date of sale. This warranty does not cover- • Normal wear and tear • Improper assembly • Improper follow-up maintenance
• Installation of parts or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the wheels as sold
• Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
• Labor charges for part replacement or changeover This warranty extends from the date of purchase, applies only to the original owner, and is not transferable. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.
Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. Proof of purchase is required.
This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights, and this warranty does not affect the statutory rights of the consumer.
