Summary: This limited warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years from the confirmed delivery date (date received). It applies to the first owner of wheels purchased new from Yoeleo or an authorized dealer/distributor. Crash/impact/misuse is not covered, but may qualify for Crash Replacement.

- Damage from crash/impact/misuse/incorrect installation is not covered, but may qualify for Crash Replacement.
1. Coverage Period
A. 3-Year Limited Warranty
Yoeleo warrants your wheel(s) against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for 3 years from confirmed delivery date (“date received”). If delivery date is unavailable, the start date is the shipping date.
2. What’s Covered
If a defect is confirmed within the applicable warranty period, Yoeleo will, at its discretion:
- Repair the wheel/component, or
- Replace the defective component, or
- Replace with the same model or the closest available equivalent (including updated versions)
Covered components may include (non-exhaustive): rims, hubs, and freehub body.
3. Who Is Eligible
This warranty applies to the first owner only of a wheelset/wheel purchased new from Yoeleo or an authorized Yoeleo dealer/distributor.
To submit a claim, you must provide:
- Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation)
- Wheel serial number(s)
- Photos/video and a description of the issue
Product registration is recommended to speed up verification, but proof of purchase and serial number remain the key requirements.
4. What’s Not Covered (Exclusions)
This warranty does not apply to damage or issues caused by:
- Incorrect installation, adjustment, or maintenance
- Crash, impact, abuse, neglect, or improper use
- Modifications (excluding routine maintenance by a qualified mechanic)
- Commercial/rental use
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, chips, decal wear)
- Normal wear and tear
- Use outside published limits (rider weight limits, tire pressure limits, intended riding category)
5. Tire Pressure & Rider Weight Guidance
Each model has specific rider weight limits and tire pressure guidance. Always follow the product page or technical guide for your wheel model.
If a model-specific limit is not available, the following general maximums apply unless Yoeleo states otherwise:

120 kg is the maximum system weight including luggage and gear in your total rider weight.
6. Shipping, Labor, and Costs
Yoeleo aims to be practical and fair:
- If a confirmed manufacturing defect occurs within 90 days of delivery, Yoeleo covers the warranty remedy and outbound shipping for warranted parts.
- If confirmed after 90 days, Yoeleo covers the warranted parts/remedy; shipping and logistics costs may be borne by the customer unless local law requires otherwise.
- Local shop labor (tire install, rotor/cassette transfer, bearing installation, etc.) is not automatically covered unless authorized by Yoeleo.
7. How to Submit a Warranty Claim
Contact Yoeleo support (or your authorized dealer/distributor) with:
- Proof of purchase
- Serial number(s)
- Clear photos/video
- Rider weight (including luggage), tire size, tire pressure, usage type, and service history
Yoeleo may require return for inspection before approval and replacement.
8. Return Instructions
Please remove all accessories and items not included in your original purchase. Do not send:
- tires/tubes/rim tape (unless requested), cassettes, rotors
- skewers/thru-axles (unless supplied), sensors/magnets/computer mounts
Yoeleo is not responsible for loss/damage of non-warranty accessories returned with the wheels.
9. Crash Replacement (If Not Covered by Warranty)
If the issue is determined to be caused by crash/impact or other non-warranty reasons, Yoeleo may offer a Crash Replacement option (discounted replacement rim/wheel/wheelset), subject to eligibility and region/model availability.
