A race bike shouldn't cost superbike money, or ask for blind trust.
You're used to paying flagship prices and then trusting a single hero figure with no dataset behind it. We took the other road: race-tier engineering you can actually afford, and every number here either published in full or clearly marked pending until the wind tunnel confirms it.
Engineered as one system, not a frame with parts bolted on.
Frame, fork, Linea cockpit and Spina seatpost were drawn together. Every feature below is locked in the product spec and traces to the Zen RS source of truth.
Truncated-airfoil tubes. Dropped stays. UCI 3:1 everywhere.
Kamm-tail profiles on the down tube, seat tube, top tube, head tube and fork legs keep the aero gain UCI-legal at every level of racing. The seatstays join below the top tube, which cuts wake drag and adds compliance over long efforts.

- Full carbon layup, 850 g painted frame in hero paint (M), 950 g in standard paint
- Two bottle mounts on the down tube, two on the seat tube. No rack or bag mounts: this is an aero road frame.
- Weight is quoted at the frame and at the system. Nothing borrowed from a lighter build to flatter a headline.
One-piece cockpit, four widths, computer mount in the box.
Linea is a carbon one-piece bar and stem with fully internal routing. Hoods flare 7° across every width so the drops widen for control without changing the hood position you race from.

Aero post. Hidden wedge clamp. Electronic only.
Spina is a truncated-airfoil D-post with a 2-bolt micro-adjust cradle, held by a wedge clamp you reach from the top tube under a rubber cap. The whole seatpost set, post plus both clamps and hardware, comes in under 200 g.

Clearance for 700×35c gives you the modern wide-tire race setup: lower pressure, lower rolling resistance, and a calmer ride on rough tarmac. It is clearance for aero and comfort, not for mud.

- One headset bearing SKU top and bottom (OD 49.5 × ID 40.5 × H 6.5 mm), replaceable anywhere in the world

Weight is quoted at the frameset, honestly scoped. The seatpost figure is the whole set, not a bare post, because that's the only comparison that's fair to you.

Race-aggressive across six sizes. Handling tuned per size, not scaled.
Stack-to-reach runs 1.31 on the XXS to 1.48 on the XL, race-bike territory the whole way. Chainstays stay at 410 mm on every size so the bike accelerates the same whether you're 155 cm or 195 cm. Head angle, fork rake and BB drop change per size to keep trail in a 57–64 mm window.

Enter your height and inseam and we’ll place you on the Zen RS size run. If you sit on a boundary, the lower size gives the racier position; the upper gives more stack. A fitter can settle it with your saddle height.

Compatibility, plainly.
Is Zen RS sold as a complete bike?
No. Zen RS ships as a frameset: frame, fork, headset, Spina seatpost set, thru-axles and hardware, with the Linea cockpit as an optional bundle. You build it with the groupset and wheels you choose. Every dollar saved on the channel goes into the carbon.
Which groupsets fit?
Electronic only: SRAM AXS, Shimano Di2 and Campagnolo Super Record WL, in 2× or 1×. Mechanical groupsets are not supported by the internal routing. SRAM Red XPLR 1×13 full-mount is not recommended pending a ruling, since it asks for a 415 mm chainstay and Zen RS runs 410 mm.
Can I run 32c or 34c tires?
Yes, up to 700×34c. That clearance is there for aero and comfort with wider race tires. Zen RS is not a gravel bike; for gravel, look at the Altera G21.
Will my existing stem and spacers fit?
The steerer is a straight 1-1/8″ (28.58 mm), so standard stems and spacers fit. The headset bearing is one common size top and bottom, so a replacement is available from any decent shop.
Is it UCI-legal?
Every tube respects the UCI 3:1 ratio rule. UCI frame approval is being submitted ahead of launch; we will confirm the listing here when it's granted.
