What is Yoeleo Wheelset Crash Replacement Program?
In addition to the 2 + 3 years warranty on Yoeleo carbon wheels. Yoeleo Crash Replacement is now available for all Yoeleo carbon wheels on models from 2022 onwards.
We never expect an accident to happen either to ourselves nor everyone else on the road, but this unfortunate moment can happen to anyone of us, perhaps we hit a hidden pothole, misjudge the breaking point or tangling with another rider in the criterium sprint.
First, we sincerely hope that everything is okay take your time to recover before finally you jump back to the saddle.
Second, as a fellow cycling enthusiast we understand well the heart break feeling from the crash and damage your precious health investment. Hence, In Yoeleo we want to make sure our beloved customer can get their wheels back for ride quickly. We offer a significant amount of discount on a replacement carbon wheels or its parts.

Crash replacement is only available for the original purchaser of a Yoeleo carbon wheels.

The replacement policy only applies to the damage causing structural damage during riding. A cosmetic and ware and tear damage is not included.
To claim crash replacement program you need to visit our official dealer where you purchase the product or if you purchase directly from the web you need to contact our team at jasmine@yoeleobike.com
Shipping cost, wheel build are not included.
Coverage period is based on the purchase date of the original product. The period does not start over when a product is replaced.
