How long will it take to receive my order?

Please note that shipments to the EU may take around 20-25 days, while shipment to the US may take around 10-20 days. If the item you ordered is available at our European warehouse, shipment should take around 5-7 days.

My package is not moving. Help me!

We understand that the lack of update can be concerning. Please note that some couriers take some time to update the package's status, rest assured as the package is still on its way to you. If you see no progress within two weeks, please reach out to our team and we will help you track the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally. We offer free shipping worlwide, too! However, we also have distributors all over the world. To see if your country has a distributor, see on https://www.yoeleobike.com/pages/global-dealers and reach out to them for purchase.

My order was placed more than 48 hours ago and there is no tracking information yet. What should I do?

Please note that the 48-hour shipping promise applies during weekdays only. Orders that are made after working hours and during weekends will be arranged in the next working days. Our team will notify you once the order has been shipped. Thank you for your understanding!

I never got my order, what can I do?

In the case that you did not receive your order, please send an email to jasmine@yoeleobike.com for global orders and info@yoeleoeurope.com for European orders. Please include the details such as your order number, ordered item, and last known package status. We will make sure to have the issue sorted out for you as soon as possible.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange an item?

We understand that sometimes you might need to exchange the item you received. You can exchange an item with a higher-price item or the same item with a different size. See detailed policy here.

I want to make a warranty claim. How can I do that?

Sorry to hear that you would like to make a claim! You can file a claim here and our team will reach out to confirm that your claim has been received and is currently under investigation.

I want to file a warranty claim but I already filed one before and received my replacement. Can I still get a replacement?

Unfortunately, as per our policy, each purchase is eligible for only one replacement. If your replacement item is damaged, it is not eligible for a warranty claim. See our Return and Warranty policy here.

Is there a shipping fee for the replacement item?

As stated on our policy, the shipping fee of the replacement item will be burdened on the customer if the claim is made after 90 days of arrival. See our Return and Warranty policy here.

I am making a warranty claim and need the serial number. Where can I find the serial number for the product?

Sorry to hear about that! You can find the serial number for frames under the BB and inside the headtube. As for the wheelset, you can find them on the rim bed.
