Do I needs to pay import taxes for european countries
We are using taxes prepaid shipping method to European countries, you can check the the details page of Shipping and Delivery
Is there a tracking number that I can track where my parcel is?
Yes, every single package has an unique tracking number to track the parcel status.
There is no status update for some days, is it normal?
EMS does not update tracking info everyday. Normally they will update it when the parcel reaches a new sorting center. Please be a little more patient. The package is on the way to you.
For packages destined for Europe in particular, tracking information sometimes does not update until the parcel has already arrived in the destination country. It is normal for tracking updates to be slow for a period shortly after the goods are handed over to the carrier. Please be patient.

Can i customise my own color?
Yes, we have BeYourself project, custom order normally take about 25-45days for wheelsets, takes about 45-60days for framesets.
If I order the frameset without handlebar, is there any headset parts comes?
Yes, it still come with 2 bearings for top and down side of headtube, and compression ring with bearing cover, the bearing cover is any handlebar whatever is traditional bars or integrated bars.
Can i customise the Altera G21 fork to be able to accept the dynamos hub?
Yes, we can customise the fork with cable holes for dynamos hubs.
What does SAT wheels refer to?
Yoeleo SAT wheels refers to wheels built with our SAT Tech (Special Assembling Technology). These wheels are WITHOUT spoke holes on its rims tire bed which greatly improves wheels performance on below aspects: 1. Increases 30% strength to wheels; 2. Performs better on bumps and pot holes; 3. Inflation capacity increases 10%; 4. Reduces wheels weight due to no rim tapes required.
Will your wheels fit Shimano 9/10 speed ?
Yes, to fit Shimano 9 speed, you will need 2 spacers, and to fit Shimano 10 speed, you need 1 spacer. Please contact us to get spacers to mount on your freehub, so they will fit.
Do you sell single wheel ? I just need a front/rear wheel.
